Administration and HR

The objectives of the Administration and HR department is to enable the Department and units to discharge its responsibilities effectively by maintaining a favorable working environment and ensuring the availability of adequate and sufficient resources to enable employees to fulfill their responsibilities.

Managing staffing issues such as employment for new employees, addressing promotion, certification of staff, building the capacity of staff by providing short and long-term training to enable them to gain the necessary credentials and skills to meet their responsibilities and to coordinate contractual issues personnel (OPRAS). As well as maintaining confidential information of the Ministry and private personnel information.

To serve retired national leaders in accordance with the law on benefits to political leaders Act No. 3 of 1999. As well as to maintain the confidential documents of the Ministry and private documents of the Ministry’s leaders and other staff.
